Every product has a different fulfillment time. Once we have received and inspected the product(s) your order will be packaged and shipped to you. We do not accept returns of any kind outside of defect or flaw. If you have experienced a damaged order, send us an email including the following within 72 hours of receiving your order: - Full Name and Order Number - Picture of what the product looks like upon opening / the damaged area ​ This allows us the ability to issue a replacement.
