SHIPPING POLICY

As of right now, every product has a different fulfillment time. Once we have received and inspected the product(s) your order will be packaged and shipped to you. Each item description should have a fulfillment timeline.

Currently, we are only shipping via USPS to all 50 states.

We do our best to program the system to calculate the most accurate shipping costs. However, sometimes when ordering multiple items, it over calculates shipping fees. We will adjust them accordingly and issue a refund for postage.

 

We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our facility. Issues with tracking and delivery should be directed to the USPS.

 

If you believe you've been a victim of theft, please go to 

https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to file a claim. Once you give me the claim number please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every order is hand packaged and inspected to insure your products are high quality. We are only human, after all. If you suspect there has been a mistake please email us.

We do not accept returns of any kind outside of defect or flaw.  

If you have experienced a damaged order, send us an email including the following within 72 hours of receiving your order: 

- Full Name and Order Number

- Picture of what the product looks like upon opening / the damaged area

This allows us the ability to issue a replacement.
