As some of you may know, my husband and I recently celebrated our one year wedding anniversary! We had a small ceremony in our backyard last October. 10/10 recommend! To celebrate we're hitting the road for some fun adventures.
We've had to reschedule and replan this trip a lot. So much so it hasn't felt real yet. We'll probably be 6 hours down the road and first major butt cramp in before it feels real.
I got a new phone and am bringing my camera, so I'll have plenty of goodness to share when we come back! I'm very excited for all of our plans. In order to not jinx anything I don't want to tell too many details.
My husband, Jared, and I bond the best when we're in the car. Even if we're just going back 'home' to visit family we will talk the entire time about anything and everything. It's been a stressful year. Ya know, living through a pandemic and all. We both have been looking forward to this road trip. As an added bonus we've found a place to board our pup while we're away that she absolutely loves. We've always felt an immense amount of guilt leaving her. At this new place she doesn't even miss us. We wish we could take her with us, but this is not a dog friendly trip.
Anyway, we're super excited to leave town for awhile and reconnect.
